Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

MakeMyTrip is looking for a senior professional to lead its Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) initiatives. The role focuses on designing and executing data‑driven campaigns that enhance onboarding, engagement, retention and loyalty across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and launch lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, retention and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Analyse large datasets using Excel and SQL to uncover customer behaviours, trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage segmentation and targeting strategies to personalise the customer experience.
• Optimise customer journeys by reducing friction, automating touchpoints and improving communication efficiency with CLM tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• MBA from a recognised institute with 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as MoEngage, WebEngage or CleverTap.
