Senior SEO Specialist – Performance Marketing

About the role

MakeMyTrip is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic growth for its emerging business lines. You will work closely with product, tech, content, and revenue teams to design and execute SEO strategies that boost search visibility and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives for assigned business lines, optimizing site architecture, internal linking and content.
• Partner with development teams to implement technical SEO best practices, monitor site health and handle webmaster tool notifications.
• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword portfolios and drive scalable link‑building campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high‑quality, search‑optimized copy and improve conversion funnels.
• Define traffic acquisition KPIs, build analytics frameworks, generate performance reports and develop automation solutions.
• Perform competitive analysis, track industry trends and stay updated on Google algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and content teams.
