About the role
We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance tailored software components across various systems and applications. The role focuses on delivering scalable, high‑performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices to meet specific business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Maintain and improve existing software components for performance and reliability.
- Document code changes and development processes for knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with TrackWise Quality Management Software.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to code quality.
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and stakeholder interaction.
