Custom Software Engineer

About the role

The Custom Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and configuration of bespoke applications, acting as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders. Based in our Gurugram office, you will own the technical direction of projects and ensure seamless integration across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design and implementation of custom SAP BTP Integration Suite solutions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align technical decisions and project timelines.
• Provide expert guidance on integration architecture, API management, and micro‑services design.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Identify and drive process improvements and technology enhancements across projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong background in SAP ABAP development for HANA (preferred).
• Proven ability to act as a subject‑matter expert and make strategic technical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and multiple teams.
