Custom Software Engineer

About the role

As a Custom Software Engineer you will design, build, and configure applications that support business processes and meet specific application requirements. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate needs into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert for SAP BTP Integration Suite and guide technical decisions.
• Collaborate with and lead a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Engage with multiple business units to gather requirements and provide integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain APIs, integration patterns, and cloud‑based services.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education (typically a university degree).
• Proven ability to work in an agile environment and make strategic technical decisions.
