About the role
The Courier is responsible for executing operational processes at FedEx stations and hub locations. This includes handling ramp and sort activities as well as managing courier and dispatch tasks to ensure timely and safe delivery of packages. The role operates within FedEx’s People‑Service‑Profit philosophy, emphasizing safety, reliability and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform ramp and sort operations at station and hub sites.
- Execute courier and dispatch duties, coordinating pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to FedEx operational procedures.
- Ensure all processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
