Corporate Legal Counsel – India

About the role

Epiroc India is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to its Indian operations. The role includes serving as Company Secretary for the legal board and advising on a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice across commercial contracts, intellectual property, real estate, and corporate governance.
• Manage acquisition and outsourcing projects from a legal perspective.
• Coordinate and supervise external counsel.
• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements related to sales, service, rental, purchase, distribution, software, joint development, confidentiality, financing, and real‑estate transactions.
• Support the President of Epiroc India and report to the Group Head of Legal.
• Occasional travel for business needs.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience handling corporate commercial matters, preferably with exposure to IP and real‑estate law.
• Background in both law firm and in‑house environments.
• Experience working in an international, multi‑jurisdictional setting.
• Solution‑oriented, business‑focused mindset with high integrity.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; law degree required.
