About the role

We are seeking a senior faculty member to lead high‑impact learning sessions for senior operations leaders, business transformation heads, and aspiring COOs. The role involves delivering live, instructor‑led modules to experienced professionals and translating complex operational challenges into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, instructor‑led sessions to cohorts of senior executives and functional leaders.
• Teach concepts in operational strategy, business process excellence, supply chain and value‑chain management, cross‑functional leadership, and execution at scale.
• Bridge operational excellence with broader business strategy, financial performance, and customer outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions, case studies, simulations, and applied exercises tailored to senior audiences.
• Adapt delivery in real time based on audience background, industry context, and engagement levels.
• Collaborate with the academic team on session design, case selection, assessments, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• 15+ years of industry experience in Operations Leadership, Business Process Management, Supply Chain, Business Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale operational and process improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience working with CEOs, boards, and cross‑functional leadership teams on operational strategy and organizational efficiency.
• Exposure to industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, E‑commerce, Technology, BFSI, Media, Healthcare, or Consulting.
