Contract Management Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Management Expert to lead the administration of construction and railway contracts for our projects in Bangalore. The successful candidate will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, mitigate risks and support project delivery through effective contract oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for construction and railway projects.
• Review, negotiate and finalize contract terms in line with company policies.
• Monitor contract performance, track milestones and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and legal teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks and financial implications.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience handling construction contracts and a minimum of 8 years in railway projects.
• Or Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of contract experience and 10 years in railway projects.
• Or retired Railway/PSU engineer with at least 7 years in a gazetted engineering cadre or senior managerial role in civil engineering departments of RITES, IRCON, RVNL, Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, Metro Rail Corporations or equivalent.
