Consultant – Tax Technology (Sirion) – Legal Business Services

About the role

Deloitte’s Legal Business Services practice is seeking a Consultant to help clients modernise tax and legal operations through technology. You will work on Sirion CLM implementations, automation, data extraction and analytics to improve efficiency and strategic value for legal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with client project teams and Deloitte leadership on day‑to‑day activities.
• Analyse and optimise tax and legal processes, aligning technology solutions with client goals.
• Develop and configure automation and custom solutions, integrating with existing applications.
• Provide training, support and documentation for deployed technologies.
• Assist with project management tasks such as work‑plan creation, budget tracking and status reporting.
• Collaborate across Deloitte practices to deliver holistic solutions and contribute to business development efforts.

Required profile

• Strong interest in legal transformation and tax technology.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across major Indian cities.

Required skills

• Experience with Sirion CLM or similar contract lifecycle management platforms.
• Understanding of tax and legal process automation.
• Familiarity with data‑wrangling, document extraction and analytics concepts.
