About the role

Al Fahad Enterprises is seeking a Consultancy Recruiter to work remotely on a full‑time basis. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple business verticals, driving talent acquisition against target‑based compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates across various platforms.
• Post job advertisements and maintain talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules and offers with hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine role requirements and support workforce planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles in a consultancy or multi‑client environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple openings.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with virtual teams.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive and non‑discriminatory hiring practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of spreadsheets for tracking candidates and metrics.
