Construction Manager – Civil Projects

About the role

Siemens Energy India Limited is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager (Civil) to lead on‑site activities for its Real Estate Business. Based in Navi Mumbai, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and strict safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site construction work, aligning activities with project plans and specifications.
• Manage site logistics, material handling, equipment placement, and access in accordance with Siemens guidelines.
• Track project schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular status, budget, and schedule reports to stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement a robust Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program, conduct safety meetings, and investigate incidents.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, vendor coordination, and contract administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction management, preferably in large‑scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple contractors and disciplines.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a focus on transparency and accountability.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a commitment to safety and quality.
