Finishing Lead – Construction Project Management

About the role
The Finishing Lead will oversee all finishing activities on construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external agencies to drive project success from design through handover.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute finishing strategies based on stakeholder requirements.
- Manage workflow changes, resolve escalated issues, and provide value‑engineering options.
- Monitor progress against annual plans, attend review meetings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead a multi‑disciplinary team, liaise with clients for approvals, and ensure proper sequencing with civil, design, and MEP departments.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, comparative statements, and manage tender processes.
- Implement safety and quality policies, monitor material quality, and oversee subcontractor performance.
- Establish and track KRAs for the team, promote learning, and foster a collaborative environment.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑building and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Open‑minded, adaptable, and positive attitude.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of construction technologies.
