About the role
PracticeSuite is looking for a Communication Trainer to elevate the communication performance of its employees across phone, chat, and email channels. The role involves assessing current skills, delivering personalized coaching, and creating engaging training programs that align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Assess employee communication abilities on call, chat, and email.
- Design and deliver individual coaching sessions and group workshops.
- Develop customized training modules and resources.
- Analyze performance data, conduct DSAT root‑cause analysis, and support continuous improvement.
- Participate in call calibrations, huddles, and refresher sessions.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and DSAT findings.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate training, soft‑skills development, or effective communication coaching.
- Ability to work the US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) from Kochi.
- Strong analytical mindset for performance and DSAT analysis.
Required skills
- Experience creating and customizing training modules.
- Proficiency in delivering feedback and coaching.
- Familiarity with DSAT analysis and root‑cause investigation.
