Commodity Lead – Labor & PSP (Asia/Middle East)

About the role

The Commodity Lead for Labor & PSP will drive supplier strategy across Asia and the Middle East, ensuring optimal contractual terms while maintaining internal customer satisfaction. You will act as a key influencer in procurement, leveraging deep market knowledge and best‑practice sourcing techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage supplier panels, allocating demand to appropriate providers.
• Lead negotiations, negotiate terms and conditions, and communicate outcomes to the Procurement team.
• Manage claims and oversee commercial sourcing activities, including data analysis and negotiation support.
• Develop expertise in the commodity area, serve as a best‑practice resource, and contribute to policy development.
• Influence cross‑functional teams, communicate complex information, and build consensus.
• Make decisions on moderately complex tasks, using technical expertise and multiple data sources.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 + years of experience in sourcing and commodity management.
• Knowledge comparable to a Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven problem‑analysis and resolution capabilities.
• Experience leading programs or projects with documented planning and execution.
