Commercial Product Manager

About the role

The Commercial Product Manager will own one or more product/solution, lead its commercial rollout and lifecycle, and act as the voice of the customer within a cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Customer focus – interact with customers, gather requirements and anticipate needs.
• Data‑driven decision‑making – collect and analyse market, sales and usage data to guide product improvements.
• Go‑to‑market execution – support product rollout, answer sales questions on features, pricing and value proposition.
• Product delivery – lead discovery, define user stories, manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
• Strategic planning – shape product vision, conduct competitive analysis and create business cases.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of product‑management experience.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and deliver product enhancements.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline; MBA preferred.
