Commercial Franchisee Manager (PAN)

About the role

The Commercial Franchisee Manager (PAN) is responsible for the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting of the franchisee business. The role ensures accurate P&L management, supports the business team with financial insights, and drives profitability across the franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Review actual results against budgeted goals, identify accounting issues and variances.
• Provide financial support to the business team and enhance processes for revenue growth.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and reporting on billing, revenue and contracts.
• Reconcile daily sales versus collections and flag missing commercial compliances each month.
• Generate live MIS reports on outstanding and overdue items, and maintain the monthly franchisee commission tracker.
• Coordinate daily interactions between PC/Franchisee partners and regional teams.
• Conduct quarterly inventory audits, highlight discrepancies, and initiate shortage recovery.
• Track vendor‑customer reconciliations, monitor department OPEX against budget, and validate legal compliances such as licenses and security deposits.
• Respond to internal and statutory audit queries and complete PMO tasks within stipulated timelines.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Chartered Accountant qualification or MBA from a reputable institution.
• Strong business finance and financial planning knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Client‑service orientation with ability to lead a team.
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with legal compliance and inventory management.
