Cloud Web Application Engineer

About the role

Join the Google Cloud Platform team as a Cloud Web Application Engineer, working on innovative web solutions deployed on Google Cloud. You will collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and developers to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable applications for a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications on cloud infrastructure.
• Work closely with product managers and technical leads to implement feature requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Translate client requirements into functional web applications.
• Leverage Google Cloud Platform services to build, test, and deploy applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Angular framework.
• Experience using a public cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization in web applications.
• Ability to learn and work with emerging cloud and IT technologies.
