About the role
Join the culinary team of an Accor‑affiliated hotel and take charge of preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes that delight our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you will work closely with fellow chefs to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across à la carte and buffet menus.
Key responsibilities
- Share ideas and suggestions to continuously improve menu offerings and kitchen processes.
- Ensure consistent preparation of all food items according to property recipes and standards.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and respond to guest feedback.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required profile
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen.
- Strong teamwork orientation and collaborative mindset.
- Relevant diplomas or certifications as required by the property.
