About the role
The Center Sales Manager will lead the daily operations of Bankera Academy’s training centre in Surat, driving enrolments and revenue growth. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating leads, converting prospects into trainees, and ensuring the sales team meets its targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day centre activities and sales performance.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Manage enquiries, conduct consultations and convert prospects into enrolled trainees.
- Set, monitor and achieve team sales targets.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and partner organisations.
- Track key performance indicators and report results to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience with a track record of lead generation and deal closure.
- Strong team‑leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in the education, training or BFSI sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated capability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
