Cash and Trade Processing Representative

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the Transaction Services team by handling cash and trade operations. You will work on a variety of processing tasks, from routine cash handling to more complex trade transactions, while ensuring compliance and risk awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash management activities such as cash handling, check processing, return items, and lock‑box operations.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows, and wholesale card activity.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead training initiatives for new team members.
• Participate in compliance‑related activities to minimize losses and safeguard the firm’s reputation.
• Assist with cash and trade operational project needs and assess risk in business decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of SWIFT payment processing and work flexible early‑morning shifts.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in cash management processing or transaction services.
• Graduate or post‑graduate degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong data‑entry skills.

Required skills

• SWIFT payment processing knowledge.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
