Business Finance Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager in Business Finance to lead our India finance team. The role combines financial oversight, strategic planning and implementation of our ERP system to support Candi’s solar solutions across emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure timely reporting.
• Develop and manage financial projections, budgets and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Maintain compliance with financial laws, standards and internal controls.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while reducing operating expenses.
• Lead ERP implementation for the financial accounting system.
• Coordinate external audits and work with tax consultants on regulatory reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to senior leadership and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• CA/CWA qualification with 7‑10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance and internal controls.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and European teams.
