About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong private banking and wealth management experience to support transformation programmes for leading banks. The role combines data analytics, digital journey design and core‑banking expertise to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritise and refine business requirements to define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.
- Document and communicate use cases and requirements to stewardship teams.
- Collaborate on capital markets, trade lifecycle, Avaloq and core‑banking initiatives, and design digital customer journeys using FIGMA.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in GCB 5 or similar.
- Proven track record in transformation programmes and Agile delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience working with global banks in private banking or wealth management.
