About the role
The Branch Manager will lead the retail sales operations in Alwar, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This role focuses on building strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent client service.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and increase the branch’s market share.
- Develop and activate untapped distribution channels, including IFAs, banks, PSUs, and NDs.
- Manage relationships with existing channel partners and ensure timely support and information on schemes.
- Oversee branch administration, including imprest, operations, and client servicing standards.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to Cluster and Zonal Heads.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, assisting partners to adhere to standards.
- Lead, train, and develop the branch team, ensuring AMFI certification and regular performance reviews.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail sales and branch management.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and partner activation.
- Ability to manage compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
- Effective communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
