Banker – Customer Experience

About the role

IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Banker to join its Goa branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive banking experience while supporting the branch’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally, addressing their inquiries and needs.
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and account queries.
• Promote and cross‑sell bank products and services aligned with customer goals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch targets and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or the banking sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with banking software and knowledge of banking regulations.
