About the role
IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a motivated, customer‑oriented individual to join its Ratlam branch as a Teller. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling daily cash transactions and delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other banking transactions.
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Promote bank products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Follow all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet branch targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work full‑time, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to undergo background and credit checks.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
