Azure DevOps Engineer – Site Reliability (Hyderabad/Pune)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer who will also take on Site Reliability Engineering responsibilities. The role focuses on ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud‑based systems while driving continuous improvement in deployment and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Manage Azure IaaS/PaaS infrastructure and automate provisioning with ARM templates and Azure Bicep.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging for high availability and rapid incident response.
• Establish and maintain SLOs, SLIs and SLAs for critical services.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, post‑incident reviews and drive preventive actions.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash and Python.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA and support teams to deliver resilient solutions.
• Maintain disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans.
• Manage Azure DevOps projects, repositories, build configurations, release pipelines and deployment environments.
• Monitor and optimise pipeline performance, reliability and security.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and create documentation for build processes and infrastructure.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience with Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Strong background in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, build and release management.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates and Azure Bicep.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of Azure networking, monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights) and SQL administration.
• Experience with incident management, SLA tracking and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or ICM.
• Analytical mindset with solid troubleshooting skills.
