Aviation Trainer – Cabin Crew & Ground Staff Training

About the role

DFly International is seeking an experienced Aviation Trainer to lead training programmes for aspiring cabin crew and airport ground staff. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality classroom and practical sessions that prepare students for successful aviation careers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct aviation and grooming training sessions for students.
• Teach core competencies required for Cabin Crew and Airport Ground Staff roles.
• Develop students' communication, personality, and professional skills.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to help students secure aviation positions.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of cabin crew work experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong passion for training and mentoring learners.

What we offer

• Salary range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
• Accommodation, food, and travel allowances.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
