About the role

SGT University’s School of Nursing is seeking qualified academicians for multiple faculty positions, ranging from Tutor to Professor. The roles involve teaching, research, and community engagement to advance nursing education on a modern 75‑acre campus in Gurugram.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students in accordance with INC and UGC norms.
• Lead high‑impact research projects, secure funding, publish in indexed journals, and develop patents.
• Guide postgraduate dissertations, doctoral research, and other scholarly activities.
• Design and update curriculum frameworks that integrate evidence‑based nursing practice.
• Organise and participate in conferences, faculty development programmes, workshops, and seminars.
• Supervise clinical training, hospital postings, and community health exposure for students.
• Foster industry‑academia collaborations and interdisciplinary research initiatives.
• Contribute to NAAC, NABH, and NIRF quality enhancement processes.

Required profile

• Eligibility as per Indian Nursing Council and university regulations.
• Demonstrated research credentials with Scopus/WoS indexed publications.
• Experience in funded projects, academic leadership, and mentorship.
• Commitment to high‑quality teaching and continuous professional development.
