Automation & Analytics Engineer – AI/GenAI/LLM

About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies as an Automation & Analytics Engineer focusing on AI, Generative AI and Large Language Models. You will lead test automation initiatives for automotive software, leveraging advanced data analytics and AI-driven techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Perform AUTOSAR BSW testing across sensor domains (camera, video, radar, ultrasonic) including MCAL, ECU abstraction, OS, and services layers.
• Execute hands‑on testing of communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay, and diagnostics (UDS/DoIP).
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python, CAPL and tools like CANoe/CANalyzer.
• Design scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git).
• Apply data analytics (Python Pandas, NumPy, Power BI) to derive defect trends, coverage insights and predictive metrics.
• Explore AI/GenAI/LLM applications for test case generation, log analysis and defect prediction, including prompt engineering.
• Mentor and guide teams, driving automation and AI adoption while ensuring compliance with ASPICE and ISO 26262.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech in ECE, EEE, CS or related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in automotive software testing and automation.
• Strong understanding of ASPICE and ISO 26262 processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate, lead and mentor technical teams.
