Associate Recruiter – Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support its fast‑growing Operations business in India. You will play a key part in delivering high‑volume hiring, building strong candidate relationships, and shaping the talent pipeline for critical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting activities for the Operations vertical.
• Partner with business leaders to understand short‑term and long‑term hiring needs.
• Develop and execute effective candidate generation and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and act as the first point of contact for prospective Amazon talent.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure hiring targets are met.
