About the role
The Associate Manager – Acquisition (Corporate Salary) is a front‑line banking role focused on acquiring new corporate salary accounts within a defined geography. You will interact directly with customers, promote banking products, and act as a liaison to ensure high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new corporate salary account customers in the assigned segment and generate references from the catchment area.
- Ensure high‑quality account opening, activation and funding within three months.
- Promote multiple banking products at account opening, such as mobile banking, net banking, and term deposits.
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets by analysing customers' transaction banking needs.
- Support the Sales Manager with catchment mapping, lead generation and feedback on opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with KYC, internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Prepare promotional wish‑lists and generate leads for family and cross‑sell products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business or Management.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience in banking or sales.
