Associate Director - Private Markets Operations

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Private Markets Operations in Hyderabad. The role will shape the strategic direction, drive operational excellence and develop talent across performance, research, operations, marketing and underwriting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Hyderabad Private Market Operations aligned with global objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency, scalability and innovation across multiple functional teams.
• Lead and mentor several teams, overseeing headcount planning, recruitment, onboarding and career development.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of private market transactions, reporting and client servicing.
• Implement and monitor KPIs, SLAs and quality controls to maintain service excellence.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Champion process improvement, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across regions to align and deliver key initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of private market operations, performance measurement and investor reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
