About the role
Marriott International is seeking an Assistant Manager – Marketing to support its JW Marriott brand in New Delhi. In this role you will help drive marketing initiatives that reinforce the brand’s luxury positioning while delivering the promise of wonderful hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure brand standards are reflected in all guest‑facing communications.
- Support the creation of promotional materials and social media content.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to training and development programs that enhance associate engagement.
