Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as an Assistant Manager – Learning & Development and help create memorable guest experiences by empowering our team members with the skills they need. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that align with corporate goals and the hospitality industry’s best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver comprehensive training programs covering topics such as harassment‑free workplace, diversity, new‑hire orientation, leadership and service excellence.
• Conduct regular meetings with department managers and trainers to review performance trends, develop action plans and recognize achievements.
• Assess existing initiatives, identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions tailored to specific department needs.
• Track, maintain and audit individual training records using designated systems and tools.
• Manage department‑specific programs such as alcohol awareness, food safety, job‑skill checklists and educational assistance.
• Supervise, coach and develop the training team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR with a proven record of designing, delivering and evaluating training programs.
• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to Hilton’s core values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.
• Ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives and measure their impact.
