Assistant Compliance Manager – Investment Compliance

About the role

Invesco’s Investment Compliance team in Hyderabad is looking for an Assistant Compliance Manager to support the Americas Fixed Income portfolio. You will work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure that trading activities adhere to regulatory and client guidelines across multiple product ranges.

Key responsibilities

• Perform post‑trade monitoring for Traditional Fixed Income, Stable Value, Bullet Shares and ETFs.
• Code and test compliance rules for new account launches and guideline amendments.
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly compliance reports.
• Support cross‑border funds for EMEA, US, Canada and APAC teams, ensuring compliance with regulations such as the 1940 Act, Canadian NI 81‑102, UCITS, FCA, ESMA and SFC rules.
• Review regulatory and client guidelines to maintain and update rule sets in the order management system.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage process updates, and contribute to team training and motivation.

Required profile

• Experience in investment compliance, particularly rule coding and post‑trade monitoring.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., 1940 Act, NI 81‑102, UCITS, FCA, ESMA, SFC).
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and support multiple geographic regions.
