Assistant Associate - Warehouse

About the role

This position supports the manufacturing logistics and supply team by ensuring timely movement of materials and finished goods within the plant and warehouse. You will operate various material‑handling equipment and help maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Move inventory using forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure product integrity.
• Document inventory movements in a computerized system and support audits.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.
• Troubleshoot routine process issues and refer deviations to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts to meet delivery targets.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Proactive communication and willingness to develop professionally.

Required skills

• Operation of motorized forklifts.
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Experience with computerized inventory management systems.
