Architectural Intern – Workspace Design

About the role

WeWork India is seeking a motivated Architectural Intern to assist in designing bespoke workplace solutions across its rapidly expanding flexible‑workspace portfolio. Reporting to a senior architect, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop custom layouts that align with client needs and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive design pitches for customized office layouts of varying scales.
• Coordinate functional requirements, space programming, and code analysis under professional supervision.
• Integrate WeWork design standards, strategic goals, and brand identity into all deliverables.
• Produce design and hand‑off packages using Revit, ensuring compliance with project timelines and technical specifications.
• Maintain high documentation standards throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program at a recognized institution.
• Strong analytical mindset with creative, out‑of‑the‑box problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and proactive learning attitude.
• Effective verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and organize tasks independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with BIM 360.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
