About the role

Talati and Partners LLP is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its Mumbai office. The role involves designing and managing architectural projects, integrating innovative solutions, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural designs that meet client requirements.
• Oversee project execution from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and timelines.
• Integrate innovative design solutions and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and functional architectural design.
• Project management experience, capable of planning and organizing projects end‑to‑end.
• Familiarity with software development and integration related to architecture tools or processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure preferred.
• Experience on high‑end residential, commercial, or institutional projects is a plus.
