Architect – Full‑time position in Raipur

About the role

Raj Creation is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its collaborative team in Raipur. You will work closely with clients and internal designers to translate lifestyle needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing interior and architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior and architectural concepts that meet project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and building services.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout planning and execution.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve design or construction issues.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and compliance with local building codes and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
• Strong foundation in architectural design with the ability to turn client needs into functional spaces.
• Knowledge of Indian building codes, local regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent visualisation, presentation, and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Raipur and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit.
• Ability to create 3D models in SketchUp or similar software.
