Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will act as the technical backbone of on‑site operations, ensuring that construction work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. This position requires close coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver residential and commercial mid‑scale projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Execute construction activities according to structural and architectural drawings.
• Inspect RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, and finishing works for compliance.
• Verify measurements and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) accuracy.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) and support billing documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements, track work schedules, and manage site documentation.
• Maintain safety compliance and resolve technical issues independently.

Required profile

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in building construction, preferably residential/commercial mid‑scale projects.
• Hands‑on experience with RCC, finishing, site planning, and material management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
