Application Developer – Power Platform & Security Solutions

About the role

EY is seeking a senior Application Developer to design, build and secure low‑code solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑enhanced applications that meet business and security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Integrate solutions with databases, Web APIs, SQL and third‑party services.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, performance optimisation and scalability tuning.
• Document architecture, code, and processes while ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Lead technical discussions, coach the development team and prioritise work assignments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in application development with a focus on security and low‑code platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and risk‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, risk partners and business stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in coaching teams and conducting code reviews.
