ALM Solution Expert – Polarion

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ALM Solution Expert/Architect to lead the design, implementation, and migration of Siemens Polarion solutions. This role will drive end‑to‑end ALM processes and toolchain integration for our engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design target architecture and ALM processes for Polarion.
• Manage Polarion implementation, migration, and upgrades.
• Provide consulting on best practices, templates, and governance for Business‑IT alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.) or related field.
• 5‑6 years of relevant experience in ALM solutions and Polarion.

Required skills

• Polarion customization (workflows, LiveDocs, reports, templates).
• Script development using JavaScript and Velocity.
• Integration experience with Teamcenter, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Requirements and test management (RM, V&V).
• Basic development skills in Java, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Optional experience with migration/upgrade between Windchill and Polarion.
