About the role
Swiggy Dineout is looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive restaurant partnerships and revenue growth in Indore. You will act as the primary point of contact for restaurant owners, helping them maximise the value of Swiggy’s dining platform.
Key responsibilities
- Sign contracts with new and existing restaurant partners and address their inquiries.
- Generate and pursue sales leads, actively approaching restaurants for conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, advising on market issues and offering solutions such as discount structures, menu enhancements, and cancellation policies.
- Grow Swiggy Dineout revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, advertising investments, and other applicable channels.
- Complete sales reporting activities, including competition intelligence, partner visit tracking, and city‑specific trend analysis.
- Represent Swiggy Dineout on the field as the first point of contact for potential clients.
Required profile
- Good understanding of e‑commerce or food‑delivery industry dynamics.
- Confident, go‑getter attitude with strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with restaurant owners.
