Account Manager & Pre‑Sales Manager

About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager who will also act as a Pre‑Sales Manager. In this dual role you will nurture existing client relationships, drive revenue growth and support the sales team by translating customer needs into tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client business goals, identify growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews, account health checks and drive renewals, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Gather customer requirements through discovery calls and requirement‑gathering sessions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, solution documents and respond to RFPs, RFIs and tender documents.
- Work closely with technical teams to design suitable solutions and deliver product demonstrations.
- Estimate project scope, effort, timelines and pricing, and support negotiations and deal closures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client relationship management and solution selling.
- Strong business analysis, proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to track and achieve KPIs such as customer retention, revenue growth and renewal success.
