Account Manager (Major Accounts)

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for its major customers. You will be responsible for building long‑term, high‑quality relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that drive profitability and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders at key accounts.
• Analyse customer data to uncover trends, opportunities, and upselling/cross‑selling potential.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue and market share.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Track, analyse, and report key account metrics to internal stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations ensuring mutually profitable terms.
• Serve as the central point of contact, bridging customer needs with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation), business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience as a key account manager or in a comparable sales role.
• Proven ability to grow account revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
