About the role
The Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding and nurturing relationships with 70‑80 restaurant partners in an assigned territory. The goal is to grow the Dineout business, drive consistent monthly GMV of roughly 80‑90 lacs, and ensure partners receive maximum value from Swiggy’s dining platform.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new restaurant accounts, explain Dineout requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain regular contact with existing partners, ensuring Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content is accurate and visually appealing.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on Dineout plans, promotions, and growth opportunities.
- Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to meet launch timelines.
- Resolve transaction issues, including diner payout denials, to ensure seamless experiences for customers and partners.
- Develop growth plans for each account and gather competitor insights.
- Filter and interpret data from the restaurant dashboard, communicating key performance metrics to partners.
- Monitor partner investments against competition and recommend adjustments to discounts, commissions, or advertising.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing B2B accounts, preferably within the food‑service or restaurant sector.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence partner decisions.
- Analytical mindset to interpret dashboard data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
