Account Executive – Finance & Accounting (Beauty & Personal Care)

About the role

The Account Executive will join the Finance & Accounting team of a leading beauty and personal care company. This full‑time permanent role focuses on managing credit customer accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting GST compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable for credit customers, ensuring timely collections and accurate reconciliation.
• Follow up on Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) with Carrying & Forwarding Agents to facilitate smooth cash flow.
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of credit buyer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Apply general accounting principles to daily operations, including stock and inventory management in collaboration with supply‑chain and commercial teams.
• Operate SAP FI, CO, and SD modules for transaction processing, reporting, and financial documentation.
• Maintain GST compliance, manage input credit, and ensure timely statutory filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance; CA Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in FMCG or personal‑care sector.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and a compliance‑oriented mindset.
