360 Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive 360 Recruiter to join our fully remote team in India. In this role you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from acquiring new clients in the UAE and KSA to delivering successful hires.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach potential clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Understand client hiring needs and pitch recruitment services.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for client vacancies.
• Manage client relationships and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine outreach and delivery strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency.
• Proven track record placing candidates in the UAE or Saudi Arabian market.
• Exposure to business development or client‑facing activities.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑starter with a founder’s mentality, adaptable and ownership‑driven.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.
