About the role

We are looking for a proactive Work‑From‑Home Recruiter who enjoys meeting new people and can quickly assess a candidate’s potential through insightful questioning. This remote position requires strong organization to build and sustain a talent pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding weekly outreach quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct phone or video interviews and, when needed, in‑person meetings.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Achieve weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA in Human Resources preferred.
• 3‑6 years of recruitment or related corporate experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• High energy, passion for talent acquisition, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
